Narrative

 

The law firm of Reeves & Lynch is a legal partnership that was formed in 1988 by David Scott Reeves and Monica Lynch.  The founding intent was to create a small firm dedicated to the highest ideals of ethics while maintaining close relationships with our clientele.

 

Our firm is primarily involved in the legal fields of criminal defense and personal injury.  More specifically, we represent individuals who are accused of all types of criminal acts, including all felonies and misdemeanors (including drunk driving).  We also represent clients concerning license suspension issues before the Department of Motor Vehicles.  Our personal injury practice includes cases wherein an individual is seriously injured or there is a wrongful death as a result of the negligence, recklessness or intentional act of another.  This includes all types of vehicular accidents (auto, motorcycle, boat, train), medical malpractice (including long term care), elder abuse, shooting incidents, police brutality (excessive force), dog bites, trip and falls, and numerous other situations.

 

We represent clients from several different counties within California.  We have offices in Sacramento, Placer and Solano Counties.  We offer legal services in both Spanish and English.  We strive to maintain a close and individual relationship with each of our clients, to meet our clients' needs efficiently and professionally, and to promptly respond to our clients' inquiries and needs.
