PHILOSOPHY OF HANDLING CASES

The firm believes in the aggressive handling of all files, while always bearing in mind the overall expense factor. We also feel that cases should be moved forward carefully but as quickly as is prudent. We consistently work to achieve the best overall result for the client.

Each client is the personal responsibility of one of the attorneys in the firm. He/she manages the client's interests on a day-to-day basis and is directly responsible to the client. The attorney will handle the assigned file to conclusion. Continuity of file handling by the assigned attorney is important to us and helps insure the best results.

Individually, and as a firm, we have considerable experience in litigation. We are well acquainted with the attorneys, judges and expert witnesses in all aspects of our practice. In order to acquaint you with our firm, the following are brief resumes of our attorneys and their qualifications:

David S. Reeves is a founding partner of the Law Office of Reeves & Lynch.

Mr. Reeves received his J.D. from Western State University, College of Law, in June 1987 and was sworn into the California Bar in December 1987.

Mr. Reeves focuses his entire practice on DUI defense, DMV, and issues related to driving under the influence.  He has handled thousands of DUI cases and DMV hearings.  Mr. Reeves is an experienced litigator having practiced in numerous counties in California.  Mr. Reeves also has extensive experience in negotiating dispositions involving creative alternatives designed to enable people to keep their jobs and avoid jail.

Monica Lynch (Reeves) is a founding partner of the Law Office of Reeves & Lynch.

Ms. Lynch received her J.D. from Western State University, College of Law, in December 1987 and was sworn into the California Bar in August 1988.

Ms. Lynch is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Lynch handles all types of criminal cases, no matter how big or how small.  She also handles juvenile cases, both delinquency and dependency.  She also handles all the firm's personal injury matters.  Ms. Lynch has extensive jury trial experience.
