We also represent clients concerning license suspension issues before the Department of Motor Vehicles. Our personal injury practice includes cases wherein an individual is seriously injured or there is a wrongful death as a result of the negligence, recklessness or intentional act of another. This includes all types of vehicular accidents (auto, motorcycle, boat, train), medical malpractice (including long term care), elder abuse, shooting incidents, police brutality (excessive force), dog bites, trip and falls, and numerous other situations.
